Education Calculators

Grade calculations are deceptively tricky — weighted averages, different grading scales, cumulative vs. semester GPA, IB point boundaries, AP composite scores. These calculators handle the math so you can focus on the result rather than the formula.

GPA — The Semester GPA Calculator computes your GPA for a single term from your course grades and credit hours. It handles both letter grades (A, A−, B+, …) and numeric grades on a 4.0 scale, and shows you the weighted average rather than a simple mean.

International Baccalaureate — The IB Grade Calculator converts your Internal Assessment and External Assessment scores into predicted IB grades (1–7) for each subject, then totals them against the 45-point maximum. Useful for checking where you stand before official results come out.

Advanced Placement — The AP Exam Score Calculator models composite scores for major AP exams. AP exams combine multiple-choice and free-response sections with different point weights — this tool lets you estimate your 1–5 score before the College Board releases results, or plan which sections to prioritize for a target score.

All calculators use publicly available scoring rubrics and grade boundaries from the relevant examining bodies.
